The Digestive Centre is a clinic that specialises in minimally invasive procedures for a variety of digestive and gastrointestinal conditions.
The client wanted a logo that could communicate the clinic’s holistic and non-invasive approach to treatment. With this in mind, we set out to develop an identity system that is simple, approachable and relevant to the clinic’s area of expertise.
The letter ‘g’ in ‘digestive’ became our point of focus as it could be manipulated to resemble the human digestive system. A horizontal band was introduced to suggest contents inside the stomach and this was used as a graphic treatment for information grouping in the stationery design.
